Frequently Asked Questions

Is there an age restriction for children?+
Children 6 years and under must ride with an adult at all times and all children must be in constant supervision of an adult
Is there a weight restriction?+
The maximum weight is 300 lbs and minimum weight is 50 lbs per animal
What are your hours?+
Each location operates the same hours as its mall location and last ride out is 20 minutes before closing
How do I reach a location?+
Each location on our location page has a Franchise contact email and phone number for specific location inquiries
What are your prices?+
The ride cost is $9 (CAD) for the first 10 minutes, then 59 cents (CAD) per minute for as long as you would like to ride, (+ applicable taxes)
Can I ride in stores or outside?+
Animals are not allowed to enter stores or go outside
Do I need to book in advance or make a reservation?+
For individual rides and smaller rider groups, reservations are not needed. Our busiest times of the week are weekend afternoons when there can sometimes be a small wait.
Can I book a birthday party at your mall location?+
Some of our larger locations are able to host parties in-store. Send us an email with your location to check
Can I book animals for a party, wedding, school or corporate event?+
Some of our locations are able to deliver rental animals. Send us an email with your location to check
Do you have a frequent rider discount program?+
Our Rider Card program is: Ride 6 times and receive 10 free minutes on your next ride
Can I purchase a Stuffy Riders franchise?+
We do not have Canadian franchises currently available while we begin our USA franchising this year. Please contact us if there is a specific location you have secured and are seeking assistance to open
What is included in the party package?+
Stuffy Riders party packages include: a 30 minute ride for each child within the 90 minute party booking time, custom party favor bag per child and 90 minute party area for cake and celebration time
Can parents drop-off their children at the party?+
Children 6 years and under must ride with an adult; there must be enough adults to ride with children under 7 years old
What can I do to help the party run smoothly?+
Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the start of your party as there may be a party booked before yours. In the event that you arrive late for your party, it will still end at the scheduled time. There may also be a party after yours; please ensure your party departs within 15 minutes of the scheduled end time so staff may clean and prepare for the next party. As space in the party area is limited, we ask that the maximum for accompanying adults in the party area is 4, with no maximum for accompanying adults in the riding area
What is provided?+
We provide: plates, napkins, utensils
You provide: Any food and beverages you wish, party cake/cupcakes and candles, any themed party goods. Stuffy Riders party rooms are party ready; you’re welcome to bring your own decorations, however our decorating policy is that any wall-hanging decorations may only be placed by our staff to ensure painted walls remain free from damage due to tape/wall fasteners. Please note: we do not have a refrigerated space for ice cream cakes
Can we extend our party time and reduce or add additional children on the day of the party?+
The minimum party booking number ismn 4 children and the maximum is 15 children; your guest count can be adjusted anytime prior to your party. Additional party time can be purchased only at the time of booking, additional ride time can be added at your time of booking or added during your party.
What is the cancellation policy?+
A $50 deposit is required upon confirmation of your party booking. Party bookings can be cancelled up to 3 days prior to your party date for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of your party date are non-refundable; a party booking can be changed to a future date within one year with a $50 change fee

We rented Stuffy Riders for a hockey wrap-up party for our Timbits team! It BEST idea ever! We rented a community hall and had the company deliver them. They arrived on time, had the riders ready to go and even stayed to ensure all the kids were having a great time! Each child received a cute hat and they all made lasting memories of fun & happiness. This is a must for kids, any age + fun-loving adults. Also, it was amazingly affordable compared to other events we've thrown or attended!

My daughters & I have the best time riding the Stuffy Riders! We come into town just to ride the stuffies! The service is always amazing with huge smiles on their faces & all the staff are so great with the kiddos! Both my boys and I had a lot of fun today, riding on the Stuffy Riders! I knew my 8 year old would love it, but I wasn't sure how my 3 year old would react. Well, he LOVED the experience! My heart truly leaped for joy at the sight of my autistic toddler really enjoying himself. Finding things he will engage with has been a huge challenge and he truly took an interest in the animals and found the ride enjoyable! He may not be able to communicate with words but he does in gestures/movements and he spoke loud and clear today! Thank you for that! We'll definitely be back!!

My son had so much fun on the stuffy riders! He is 6 years old and chose Oreo as his stuffy rider. The space was very clean and very nice and the price was so worth the amount of fun we had! It was nice that we were both able to ride at the same time too! We will definitely be back! 5 stars for Stuffy Riders!
